The ROC Enrichment Program is excited to announce a new partnership with Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) to provide engaging, project-based enrichment experiences for students. The ROC is now an approved vendor for BCPS’ 37 community schools and will offer innovative programming that aligns with the district’s focus on Arts, STEM, and Social-Emotional Learning for both in-school and out-of-school-time opportunities.

Community schools across Baltimore County can now access The ROC’s dynamic instructors and curriculum, including Culinary & Nutrition, Hip Hop & Poetry, Mobile Journalism, Rhythm & Movement, Drama, Bucket Band, and Visual Arts and more. Through interactive workshops, residencies, and year-round programming, The ROC blends academic content with creative expression, helping students connect classroom learning to real-world problem solving in fun and meaningful ways.
